What data do we collect?

When you contact us through the contact form or send an application, we store the information you provide, such as name, email address, phone number and your message.

Technical data may also be collected through cookies when you visit the site – see our cookie policy.

Why do we process the data?

We use the data to answer your questions, handle job applications and improve our website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, or your consent for non-essential cookies.

How long is data kept?

We do not keep data longer than necessary. Contact form messages are deleted once the matter is closed, and applications are kept for at most two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Who do we share data with?

Your data may be handled by the Bayhill Group companies concerned by your matter and by suppliers that help us with, for example, hosting and email. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected and to ask us to delete it. You can also object to the processing or withdraw your consent.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
